Reformer Foundations: Beginner Friendly
Our Reformer Foundations class is perfect for beginners, offering a supportive introduction to Pilates using the Reformer machine. With guided instruction and a focus on core techniques, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence from day one.

Reformer Progressions: Late Beginner to Intermediate
Our Reformer Progressions class is designed for late beginners to intermediate levels, helping you build on foundational skills with more dynamic and challenging movements. This class focuses on improving strength, control, and technique as you advance your Pilates practice.

Reformer Challenge: Late Intermediate (Practicing pilates for 6+ months, more advanced movements)
Our Reformer Challenge class is built for late intermediate and advanced clients, offering higher intensity and complex movements that push your strength, control, and endurance. A minimum of 6+ months of consistent reformer experience is required to ensure safe and effective participation.

Private Sessions

Our private sessions offer a one-on-one experience tailored specifically to your body, goals, and fitness level, providing completely personalized instruction. These sessions allow for a deeper understanding of proper technique, alignment, and movement, which is especially beneficial for beginners or those recovering from injury. With focused attention from your instructor, you’ll build confidence and progress more effectively at your own pace. Also offered for small groups up to 3 people.
